Support Manager 

Responsibilities:
  • Providing technical support to players and informing developers about arising issues.

  • Improving and streamlining the technical support process for players.

  • Monitoring and analyzing player feedback.

Requirements:
  • Strong communication skills: ability to give and receive feedback, set deadlines, and convey information clearly.

  • English language proficiency of B2 or higher.

  • Fluent written and spoken Russian.

  • Proficiency in working with Google tools (Sheets, Drive, Docs, Meet, etc.).

  • Interest in the gaming industry and casual mobile games.

Nice to have:
  • Experience in user support roles.

  • Experience with Helpdesk systems.

  • Basic knowledge of SQL.

  • Knowledge of additional foreign languages.
