GD Balance

Responsibilities:

• Game balance calculation and adjustments

• Working with game analytics: data collection, processing, and presentation

• Development of new game mechanics

Our expectations from the candidate:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in game development

• Significant gaming experience in casual mobile games

• Knowledge of key game metrics (ARPU, DAU, etc.)

• Basic knowledge of SQL

• Excellent Excel skills (knowledge of VBA is desirable, but basic knowledge of any programming language can compensate)

• Good communication skills are essential for effective teamwork.
