This personal data processing policy was created in accordance with the requirements of Russian Federal Law #152-FZ «On Personal Data,» dated 7/27/2006, and defines the procedure for the processing of personal data and measures to ensure the security of personal data on the part of Matryoshka Games (hereinafter «the Operator»).

  • 7. Trans-border transfer of personal data

    1. 1. Before initiating the trans-border transfer of personal data, the Operator shall ensure that the foreign nation to whose territory the personal data is intended to be transfered ensures the reliable protection of the rights of subjects of personal data.

    2. 2. The trans-border transfer of personal data to the territory of foreign nations that do not meet the requirements enumerated above may transpire only if the subject of the personal data consents in writing to the trans-border transfer of his/her personal data and/or the execution of an agreement, one party of which is the subject of the personal data.
